The allowed load bearing values of the panel comply with DIN 18807.
The allowed load bearing values of the panel are valid for uniformly
distributed loads. The half of the uniformly distributed load value should be considered for
concentrated loads.
The values showed on the table also represent the roof load bearing
capacities of insulated sandwich panel systems depending on the purlin spacing. In this case the
self-weight of the roof should be taken into account.
The allowed load bearing values shown on the table are valid for
assembled panel sections corresponding 1.0 meter width and do not apply to single panel section.
The load bearing capacities on the table apply for systems with 0.54
mm steel top panel thickness and 0.64 mm steel bottom load bearing panel at minimum. Our company
recommendation should be taken for aluminium and stainless steel top panel material types.
The values on the table with darker fill represent the wind
absorption and reversed load cases for panels/systems.
Steel grade being S320 GD +Z200, collapse factor is k=1,65, occupant
load factor is k=1.26
KSPS SYSTEM CUTAWAY VIEW
The system formed by rockwool insulation insert between Gama
KP65/280 standing seam sheets and TP65/280 load bearing lining trays provide architects and
investors technical solution and cost advantage.
GAMA KP65/280 standing seam sheet which composes the top layer of
the system is available in prepainted galvanized steel, natural and prepainted aluminium
according to architectural requirements.
The panel surface paint is Pvdf, polyester available in the desired
pattern and colors.Panel width is 280 mm regarding architectural and static requirements.
Standing seam sheets, manufactured on site in needed sizes according
to project requirements, allow roofing with low slopes up to 1%.
The panels installed on galvanized or aluminium halter-clips allow
infinite expansion by means of the canals on the edge conjunction points.
Edge conjunction points of the panel are first connected by manual
seaming and then by robot seaming.
