Load bearing lining trays are used as main load bearing elements for walls and roofs. GAMA load bearing lining trays (Cassette) are well-proven for ventilated facades with glasswool and rockwool insert inside trapezoidal or concealed screw panel for façade and standing seam panels for roofs. Especially thermal insulation insert and standing seam type skin profile application is ideal for roofing. Architects can use load bearing lining trays to provide a good visual effect on façades and roofs without using any additional products such as suspended ceilings.

By perforating the panel and inserting rockwool and glasswool in different densities, a successful sound insulation is achieved. This method is the most efficient way for the sound insulation of gas or steam turbine powered electric plants or other similar power plants. The strength, fire resistance, long-term fatigue resistance and decorative aspects of the panel render it ideal for use in all circumstances.

Load bearing lining trays can be manufactured on site in various sizes by our mobile roll-forming machines with technology specific to our company.
GAMA manufactures specific load bearing lining trays in various thickness, width and rib heights to fit different wheelbases and project requirements.
The lining trays manufactured on site in one-piece can be up to 18.00 mt. or in the size required for the specific project.
Load bearing lining trays can be manufactured in different thickness (t), rib height (h) and width (b) in accordance with load bearing capacities and architectural needs.
GAMA YTKP/H-D load bearing lining trays can be fixed directly on steel or concrete columns, beams to form the main load bearing elements for wall and roof of the construction so additional purlins and steel works are not needed.
